About Glasgow Bowen Clinic
Welcome to The Glasgow Bowen Clinic, where we specialise in The Bowen Technique.We are open Monday - Friday from 10 am until 7 pm and we treat clients of all ages.
We are based within The Embody Integrated Health Clinic which overlooks Glasgow Green and we benefit from free parking outside and wheelchair access.

Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email which will include information about your initial consultation and a map with directions.
A treatment costs £35 but we do have discounted rates for children, students and those over 60.

The Bowen Technique is a soft tissue therapy that does not require adjustment or manipulation to gain results. gentle moves are made across very specific muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia in various parts of your body. As these moves are made, the nerve endings are triggered and a signal is sent to your brain. These nerve endings are involved with the tension of all your muscles. Sometimes physical injury, poor posture, or a stressful lifestyle can result in the muscle tension being thrown out of balance and symptoms can arise. These symptoms range from back pain, stiffness, joint pain, headaches, asthma, IBS and many others. By combining a series of specific moves the muscles and connective tissue start to respond and a natural re-balancing occurs.Age I Work With
